IT IS ALSO HIGH IN PROTEIN. IT IS OFTEN DESCRIBED AS A “SALTY AND CRISPY FLAVOR THAT ALMOST EXPLODES IN YOUR MOUTH”. MIXED WITH GINGER AND ORANGE PEEL THIS SEASONING BRINGS OUT BEST IN POULTRY, BEEF, AND RICE DISHES.

HOW TO USE: FOR THE BEST FLAVOUR WE RECOMMEND USING A SPICE GRINDER OR CRUSH THE SEASONING IN A MORTAR. YOU CAN SIMPLY SPRINKLE IT ON TOP OF YOUR DISH OR USE IT AS A BASE FOR YOUR SAUCE.
