“FIVE” IS A COMBINATION OF ALL FIVE MAIN FLAVOR PROFILES - BITTER, SWEET, SOUR, SALTY, AND UMAMI. THIS SEASONING CONTAINS THYME, STAR ANISE, CINNAMON, SICHUAN PEPPER, AND CLOVES. WE RECOMMEND USING IT FOR BROTHS, SOUPS, POULTRY, AND NOODLE-BASED DISHES.

HOW TO USE: FOR THE BEST FLAVOUR WE RECOMMEND USING A SPICE GRINDER OR CRUSH THE SEASONING IN A MORTAR. YOU CAN SIMPLY SPRINKLE IT ON TOP OF YOUR DISH OR USE IT AS A BASE FOR YOUR SAUCE.
