
Berry - Mild Smoked Seasoning
BLEND OF RIPE RASPBERRIES FROM STATE JALISCO WITH SMOKED CHIPOTLE PEPPERS, SMOKED SALT, AND BROWN SUGAR. FOR THOSE RASPBERRIES WE USE LYOPHILIZATION ALSO KNOWN AS FREEZE-DRYING - THE PROCESS OF REMOVING WATER AFTER THE PRODUCT WAS FROZEN AND THEN PLACING IT UNDER VACUUM, ALLOWING THE ICE TO CHANGE DIRECTLY FROM SOLID TO VAPOR WITHOUT PASSING THROUGH A LIQUID PHASE. THAT PROCESS PRESERVED THE FLAVOR, STRUCTURE, AND THE NUTRIENTS OF THE FRESH RIPE RASPBERRIES.
HOW TO USE: FOR THE BEST FLAVOUR WE RECOMMEND USING A SPICE GRINDER OR CRUSH THE SEASONING IN A MORTAR. YOU CAN SIMPLY SPRINKLE IT ON TOP OF YOUR DISH OR USE IT AS A BASE FOR YOUR SAUCE.
