PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:  “FIVE” IS A COMBINATION OF ALL FIVE MAIN FLAVOR PROFILES - BITTER, SWEET, SOUR, SALTY, AND UMAMI. THIS SEASONING CONTAINS THYME, STAR ANISE, CINNAMON, SICHUAN PEPPER, AND CLOVES. WE RECOMMEND USING IT FOR BROTHS, SOUPS, POULTRY, AND NOODLE-BASED DISHES. DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY SALT. 

COLLECTION DESCRIPTION: THESE BLENDS ARE CREATED USING OUR SMOKED SEASONING RECIPES BUT WITHOUT ANY ADDED SALT.  THEY ARE HIGHLY CONCENTRATED IN FLAVOR AND ARE A GREAT WAY TO INCREASE THAT UNIQUE UMAMI TASTE IN YOUR DISHES. THESE LOW IN SODIUM BOOSTERS ARE ALSO A GREAT CHOICE FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO REDUCE THEIR SALT INTAKE BUT DON’T WANT TO SACRIFICE FLAVOR.

HOW TO USE: FOR THE BEST FLAVOUR WE RECOMMEND USING A SPICE GRINDER OR CRUSH THE SEASONING IN A  MORTAR. YOU CAN SIMPLY SPRINKLE IT ON TOP OF YOUR DISH OR USE IT AS A BASE FOR YOUR SAUCE.
