THIS BLEND IS MADE WITH BEER-INFUSED RYE BREAD CRUMBS (SO BE MINDFUL - IT IS NOT GLUTEN-FREE!), BROWN SUGAR, CORIANDER SEEDS, AND A MIXTURE OF REGULAR AND FRIED GARLIC FOR EXTRA CRUNCH. THE COLOR OF THIS SPICE IS COMING FROM ADDING ACTIVATED CHARCOAL - A POPULAR SUPERFUND THAT PROMOTES NATURAL DETOXIFICATION. 

COLLECTION DESCRIPTION: THESE BLENDS ARE CREATED USING OUR SMOKED SEASONING RECIPES BUT WITHOUT ANY ADDED SALT.  THEY ARE HIGHLY CONCENTRATED IN FLAVOR AND ARE A GREAT WAY TO INCREASE THAT UNIQUE UMAMI TASTE IN YOUR DISHES. THESE LOW IN SODIUM BOOSTERS ARE ALSO A GREAT CHOICE FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO REDUCE THEIR SALT INTAKE BUT DON’T WANT TO SACRIFICE FLAVOR.

HOW TO USE: FOR THE BEST FLAVOUR WE RECOMMEND USING A SPICE GRINDER OR CRUSH THE SEASONING IN A  MORTAR. YOU CAN SIMPLY SPRINKLE IT ON TOP OF YOUR DISH OR USE IT AS A BASE FOR YOUR SAUCE.
